Conan riding a pony was cool I guess kinda cute too. And why is kogoro so bad at everything.

Ah, are they gonna make Conan ride a pony since he's so little. So Kogoro is fond of horses and not just the gambling from horse racing, huh? Isn’t this a defense action? So Ninomiya wouldn’t get a sentence or get arrested since he was defending himself. By law, he is innocent right? Honestly i hope so....

nope, killing in self-defense doesn't always mean you're going to get off scott-free. shrug. you'd have to have a Japanese criminal defense attorney watch this episode and give their opinions. but to my knowledge, he'll probably get a manslaughter conviction. yeah, it's a lesser sentence than a pre-meditated homicide but the guy's life is over and done with from now on. folks with criminal records don't go far in Japanese society. but, i bet if that ranch survives, he'll probably have a job there for life.
